After several years in the corporate world and several more years selling real estate, I tested a foray into the field of real estate photography. Initially I thought that it would be a nice way to fill in the gaps in an unsteady real estate market. To my surprise (and pleasure) I was able to find enough success in shooting homes that I was able to hang up a ten year career selling real estate. At first I thought my photography would be limited to shooting homes for a paycheck, but I quickly learned something...I love photography! It gives you a whole new perspective on life and how you see the world around you. Since I picked up a camera and began shooting I realize that I now notice things that I never paid attention to before, like colors, light, and perspective. Photography really allows you to find beauty in things that most people would never pay attention to; things that people see everyday in the streets but never give a second look. I've met a lot of people in my professional life and not many of whom would say they love what they do. I've never met a photographer that doesn't love what they do.
